Hot entrees were served by attendants and desserts, salads, drinks, pastries, coffee were served buffet style. I enjoyed the smoked chicken chowder and Taiwanese vermicelli for the first.

First flight ever on EVA Air, so I was eager to find out if it deserved Skytrax's 5-star rating. Ground services were decent with check-in relatively smoothly completed.
